	1/98 – 6/01	Agora Inc., Baltimore. Online Creative Director. Create websites, banner ads, logos, and online promotions for various publications within division; maintain existing websites; assist in planning future Internet strategy; interface with vendors; supervise employees and scheduling.
	1/94 – 12/97	MMA Public Relations & Advertising, Baltimore. Creative Director. Duties included handling advertising campaigns for a variety of clients, from initial concept to copywriting, art direction, layout, and production. Also designed and wrote brochures, direct mail, logos, and websites. Prepared and led client presentations; interfaced with vendors, scheduled and estimated projects.
	6/88 – 1/94	Agora Inc., Baltimore. Art Director. Began in June 1988 as an intern, hired as a full time employee in December 1989, promoted to Art Director in January 1991. Duties included design of books, newsletters, and direct mail packages, supervision of Art Department, and scheduling.
